Global Platform for Territorial Regeneration
Icosaedron Group restores territories, builds regenerative communities, and proves that the economy of the future can heal the Earth rather than deplete it.
"For centuries, human progress was built by separating people from nature. Tierra Nueva was born to demonstrate that another way is possible."
It is not merely a territorial project. It is a civilisational experiment.
Chapter II — The Group
Icosaedron Group is an international platform dedicated to imagining, developing, and demonstrating a new model of civilization in harmony with the Earth.
From its global headquarters at Hortmoier Estate in the Catalan Pyrenees — 1,160 hectares of high-conservation-value territory — the group researches and replicates systems capable of restoring landscapes, strengthening communities, and reconciling modern life with the rhythms of nature.
Hortmoier is the scientific and spiritual heart of the group.

Chapter III — Group Structure
Platform A
The unit responsible for designing and building the regenerative communities themselves — the places where people actually live, govern themselves, and restore their relationship with the land.
Platform B
The economic engine. Trinitaria develops the regenerative businesses that make each community financially self-sustaining — without external financing, growing organically as equity participations are placed.
Platform C
The research and replication arm. This unit generates the intellectual property, scientific knowledge, and regenerative technologies that allow the model to be validated and scaled across new territories.
C.1 — Sub-entity
International Institute for Earth Regeneration
An academic institution dedicated to applied ecological research, advanced education, and the development of regenerative solutions for territories and communities worldwide.
Its permanent headquarters will be established at Hortmoier Estate, consolidating the site as a global centre of regenerative knowledge.

Chapter IV — Projects
Icosaedron Group operates through two anchor sites at opposite ends of the planet — one validating the model in practice, one generating the knowledge to replicate it worldwide.

Global Pilot ProjectThe first territory where the Icosaedron model is fully implemented. A 300-hectare regenerative community designed to demonstrate how a human settlement can sustain itself economically and ecologically — without degrading what surrounds it.
Partners do not buy plots. They acquire equity participations — a right to participate in the productive bioeconomy and to build a dwelling on their assigned land under a fideicomiso trust structure.

Living Sound Archive of Humanity
Regeneration does not stop at territory and ecology. It must also restore humanity's cultural memory.
Nota Sagrada is Icosaedron's initiative to preserve, document, record, and share the indigenous and ancestral musical traditions of the planet — building a living global platform for cultural preservation, where communities, musicians, researchers, and artists collaborate to protect humanity's sonic heritage.
Its infrastructure at Tierra Nueva will include a high-acoustic ceremonial auditorium, a professional recording studio, and a digital sound archive. It is not merely music. It is human memory preserved through sound.
